“How can you fix the problem with the knobs coming on when bumped? The knobs come on when bump , Samsung help, how can this be fixed, I love the stove, but I don't want my house to burn down, it has already caught on fire once, it is only 3 weeks old, I may have to send it back.”

Hi Justlindsay, The knobs on the NE58F9710WS need to be pushed in first then turned as a safety precaution. However, Samsung cautions in the manual to avoid leaning on the knobs to prevent turning them on accidentally. It's also advisable not to place items on the stove that could be damaged or burn if the cook top is inadvertently turned on, or is left on after use. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
