“Is there a guide for baking and also where to place the racks when baking items? I noticed that my stuff is taking longer on 350 temp than in my old stove. I’m not sure if I should up the temperature, the racks , or both. It’s very hard to figure out”

My question was not answered I have the Manuel and it’s very vague I am asking for something that tells you specific information on what temperature and what rack placement is required I used the oven 2 times on different things that called for 350 temperature usallally in old oven took a hour to bake it took a additional 30 minutes using the middle rack
