• A:Answer Be very careful, use nothing that will scratch, no brillo pads or any type of brush or scrub pads. Clean spills while stove is still warm, with soft, clean, lightly sospy dish cloth. I use Weiman, Glass Cook Top, cleaner & polish. Works very good, using soft paper towels or, clean (old) soft kitchen towels used for cleaning, not your good ones... to sort of slowly, buff to a shine.

• A:Answer It doesn't come with the wire so for 25.00 they'll sell you a new wire and install it on for you then plug it in after installation. I recommend it if you're not handy and for another 25.00 they'll take the old range away.

It does mention that our cooktops have been tested for up to 65lbs. However it also notes that typically the weight is not what causes damage; it is instead the act of dragging the heavy pot or pan across the cooktop. ^Jecca

• A:Answer Hi there, I can answer that. A range cord rated at 40 amps with 125/250 minimum volt range is required. A 50 amp range cord is not recommended but if used, it should be marked for use with nominal 13⁄8" diameter connection openings. • A:Answer Apparently, there was a mistake in the presentation on the website. This range does not have wifi, convection, or air frying. There is one, however, at a higher price that does have the convection cooking. The more expensive one I refer to also has slow cook, bread proof, and a number of other options for oven stuff.
