Can you do any type of canning on this stove? null

Just put your large pressure cooker on one of the two the Large Dual Element 3000 watt burners and go to town. There are two burners that will cover the entire bottom of most canning pressure cookers.

The cook tops on Samsung electric ranges have been internally tested to support loads of up to 70 pounds and run continuously at maximum heat levels for extended periods of time. Samsung does not guarantee fitness of the product for any specific purpose, however, it is our understanding that the load, heat and time parameters of general non-commercial canning would fall into those performed in our tests.
