To use the Proofing setting on FE-R300SW, simply press the Proof button then press Start on the control panel. The ideal proofing temperature (which is less than 100°F) is set automatically. Refer to the recipe for the type of dough you're proofing to determine how much time is required for it to rise. When the dough is finished proofing, press the Clear/Off button. - Ms. Samsung
