QuestionDoes the cooktop scratch easily? I’m asking because the Samsung model (sku 6192426) priced at $699.99, $250 cheaper, had several comments about how easy it was to scratch the glass top. Thought maybe Samsung was using the same top on both models. Thanks!

- Answer I bought this range less than 2 months ago and it has been a nightmare to keep the cooktop clean. The normal cooking operations are difficult to almost impossible to get out of the cooktop. I have a few marks that will never come out and it makes the top look old and cheap. I'd recommend looking at a different brand

QuestionDoes this particular model has the ability to choose conventional baking mode? If not, which model allows for this? I'm a serious Baker looking for baking capabilities without using convection.

- Answer Yes, this oven has the option of normal bake and convection bake.

QuestionDoes the remote wifi control work if you're not home to turn it on? The control panel has a "Smart Control" button that has to be pushed for the remote access to work, but in my experience , that "Smart Control" turns itself off within 1.5 hours.

- Answer Hello Moose! According to page 35 of the User Manual, the Smart Control feature would need to be enabled on the range in order to use any of the Smart Control options. ^Jecca
