• Operates on Android. Not sure about the "magic remote " question, but the remote that it comes with is awesome!

• I think it operates a lot like Windows 8. The magic remote does not come with the tv.

• This model will support Tizen for the Smart TV platform, and the Smart Remote option is available on the JU6700 and higher models. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr. S
