- Answer I was told by the Geek Squad that Direct TV is the only service that is currently offering 4k channels. I have Comcast and it still looks pretty good. No internet sort of rules out the Smart aspect of the TV.

QuestionJust bought this TV and it does not mention "4K" anywhere on the box. Did yours say 4k? I'm a little worried I received an older model. It's a gift - an upgrade- so I was hoping it would state 4K on the box. Model # is the same except no "XZA" at the end.

- Answer Samsung uses UHD (ultra high definition) in place of 4k. Tomato/Tomato. Did you hook up the tv? The definition is noticeably better than 1080p.
