I haven't had any problems with mine, we've had it about a month. Sounds like a reason to take it back.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have never experienced that issue. My TV is connected to the internet only. It stays on for many hours (8 to 10 not sure) before it goes into "sleep mode" like a computer monitor if it senses no viewing activity via changing channels or volume uses etc. If your "sleep timer" is not set when this occurs, I would return it ASAP.
