A:AnswerI don’t know why it does this but mine is always dropping the Internet as well. I’ve fixed it doing one of three things
1) turning the power completely off and restarting
2) logging in to my Samsung account on the app page
3) resetting the internet settings and resubmitting my WiFi info
A:AnswerI have a Bose sound bar which is connected using the optical connection. The TV remote will not control the sound. I can either use the Bose remote to control my devices or my Logitech universal remote.
