A:Answer The tv is stationary, you install the 2 little feet it comes with and sit it where you want it and done. If you want it to swivel buy a wall mount that has those options, which alot you can use to tilt, swivel, raise or lower and so on, otherwise it just sits where you place it and if you want it to be turned right or left you have to move whichever side you want turned toward you like i had to do with my tv on my dresser.
