“I'm looking for a TV for a "Dark" room Has anyone had experience with this TV and screen going dark, unless room is well lighted IS it an VA TV with IPS glow?”

"this feature measures the light in your room and optimizes the brightness to reduce power consumption" the feature can be turned off in settings. "if the screen is too dark while you are watching in a dark environment, it may be due to the Ambient Light Detection function." I cant answer about a VA tv or about ips glow.
