QuestionIs this a NEW 2020 model (Not open box) ? and does it have a DVD player built in?

- Answer Hi Susjan, You can usually choose 'New' or 'Open Box' as an option based on your price range. It does not come with a built in DVD player but does come with a Samsung smart tv app as well as A few other apps on the TV. I am unsure if this is a 2020 model, however i am highly impressed with the quality of the TV. It comes with two legs you insert and twist into the placement at the bottom for the TV stand, no screws or frustration setting it up, it very easy to setup. For the price you really can't beat it!

QuestionWhat size bolt fits to mount the 50"? I've tried many w no success. Also, how do I add an app like DC universe? I haven't been able to locate where I can search for apps, only shows suggested apps.

- Answer I don’t remember but it tells the bolt size on a table in the directions. It is stupid that they don’t just include 4 bolts. Good luck

- Answer Hello - If there is a film on your TV, you will see a blue tab in the upper left hand corner. Some TVs do come with film protectors, while some may not. Questioni'm hanging this tv outside (in a covered area) but having a weather proof boxed framed around it that I can close in the winter months. Do i need to create a venting system so the tv doesnt overheat?

(According to the owners manual page 8 - Providing proper ventilation for your TV --When you install your TV, maintain a distance of at least 4 inches (10 cm) between the TV and other objects (walls,cabinet sides, etc.) to ensure proper ventilation. Failing to maintain proper ventilation may result in a fire or a problem with the product caused by an increase in its internal temperature.• When you install your TV with a stand or a wall mount, we strongly recommend you use parts provided by Samsung Electronics only. Using parts provided by another manufacturer may cause difficulties with the product or result in injury caused by the product falling.) Samsung does offer an outdoor TV called the Terrace. - Answer The Bluetooth headset must be paired on the tv. Go to settings and find input devices (I think) and follow the headset and TV instructions for pairing. Once the name of the headset appears on the screen select pair or connect. Once paired you will have to go to audio settings each time to connect if you want to use the headset.
