A:AnswerI was told the tv has manufacture problems and samsung is telling me they have nothing to do with that and because i did not bought extra protección there is nothing they can do ! I cant believe that i lost my money over some manufacture problem ! I did nothing to this tv just went black and turning on and off by it self
A:AnswerThe color and clarity from the side viewing seems fine to me. However dark, night time scenes are just too dark for me even viewing straight on. If there is an adjustment, I would like to know it also. Maybe Samsung could answer this for us.
A:AnswerIt happens to me as well all I do is turn the TV off and turn it back on if that doesn't work I unplug the TV for a couple of seconds and that usually does the trick. It is very annoying especially if you're all into your favorite show
A:AnswerIf you have turned off voice guide settings under ALL SETTINGS : GENERAL : ACCESSIBILITY then SAP may be turned on in your app. SAP on some apps will give other languages, more common is descriptive audio for the blind.
