Looks like only the stand is inside the box. Typically Business or Hospitality class TVs do not come with remotes. You would have to buy a 'master' remote from Samsung and your Visio remote will not work for a different branded TV. It has HDMI inputs on it so yes it'll connect to a cable box.

Another way of asking it is: Does the remote that comes with this commercial grade TV only work for installing and changing COMMERCIAL MESSAGES [menus, jewelry, etc.]? Or, can one use the remote to change TV channels, mute, guide, exit, etc.? Someone must know the answer to this question. So, be a sweetheart and give the answers.
