All Samsung 4K TV's have a refresh rate half of the listed motion rate. The refresh rate for this set is 60 Hz. This is not a bad thing by any means. Refresh rates are more important on LCD and OLED panels. This being a LED lit panel the refresh rate isn't much of a concern. I'm very happy with this product!
