Q: QuestionI’m eyeing an open box excellent version of this tv that’s selling for over $150 off. That deal seems too good to be true. What are the chances that it comes with some cosmetic blemishes and a variety of other issues?

• A:Answer I just received mine and it came cracked completely. Supposed was a “excellent” open box item but it came shattered basically. And I opened it 2 weeks later due to moving so they won’t take it back for an exchange or repair

• A:Answer It all depends on the content and how your settings are tweaked. Lower resolution content obviously does not look as good as native 4K or 1080p upscaled. Besides that tv has good brightness levels and still able to maintain good contrast and black levels again depending on how you set it up
