I have this same problem. I returned the first tv that had this problem and now the second one has the same issue. I don't know if you have had it fixed or what you did. Anything you can tell me would be helpful. If you would be able to give me some advice on what I should do that would be great. Should I return it and exchange it for the exact same thing (which I've done once) or should I just buy a different 4K tv of another brand?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We started to notice while watching in darker room. The screen gets dark then brightens in and out. Also sometimes the volume gets low when screen changes scenes, then gets loud on its own. Going to return ours for same and see if it helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can sum up this tv very easily and with confidence. UN55JS7000F Strengths :4K picture resolution, color, gaming resolution/speed, web browsing/quad core, on screen info/guide, low gloss screen and bezel. Weaknesses: LETTER BOXING! Movies lovers beware. In a darker setting you have bright spots in the lower right corner, and to a lesser extent the upper right corner, and a reddish spot in the upper left corner, that all bleed into the picture. Its very, very distracting to a discerning movie buff. Also on lower quality images, the chyron or graphic lettering seem to attract artifacts around their edges, but think this what happens when you have a nice crisp image of something that is fuzzy to begin with. If you don't watch DVD/Bluray in widescreen, mainly in the dark, this tv rocks. Mines going back. I'm picky. I don't want to have regrets every time I want to enjoy a movie.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Poor quality control, get a fresh one.
