I have had my TV for a few months and have not had any issues like the one you've reported.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, my TV was doing the same thing. I asked a friend who works at Best Buy about it and he mentioned turning off the eco mode in the settings. It seems to have worked but the TV turns off when I exit out of the smart hub for some reason. I thought it would go straight to cable TV, but instead it turns off.
