Sounds like there is a definite problem with your TV. Ours works great. We've had it for about 4 weeks now and no problems whatsoever.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We went through two different sets (the second worse then the first) before giving up. We switched up to LG OLED, which is much more expensive. We bought an open box and signed up for the Best Buy card to help get the price down. We're very happy with the new TV. The black IS amazing, but I certainly would have been satisfied with the Samsung at the Black Friday price if it hadn't been for this problem.

So i end up returning it and grabbed a sony xbr55x850c. This is an android tv, but i also see a little bit of clouding also, but not as bad as the js7000.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Give up go for the Sony 55x850. I had issues with the 7000 with picture going out. Samsung said bad motherboard. good luck.
