They are both samsung, 55", smart, ultra HD 4K, same specs, ect. What is the difference? If any?”

Cheaper one is a 6400 model. It's the 2014 model, so slightly older hardware, etc... Newer one has more hdmi ports, more internal storage (for apps), and it also has the "S" moniker. Which is an improved display technology. Something to do with Nano Crystal Tech
