Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I went with the 4K hdmi and I saw a noticeable difference I did read though that you could use a premium grade hdmi and have a similar effect. Haven't tried though.

Please try again later.I don't know if your question is which port or which cable? if you are referring to port for your blue ray or DVD player, use the top or number one port. If you are talking cable, you can use virtually any newer HDMI cable. It has to be a high speed cable to get the best picture from your DVD player, but basically all HDMI cables built today are high speed. If you are connecting a set top box like from the cable company or dish network, attach it to HDMI 1, the top port and use the second HDMI port for your DVD.
