A:AnswerYes, I have used Netflix from my phone for years and I was so pleased that Netflix is built in. There is also a DVR built in or you can record shows. There are so many options available for streaming with this TV. I no longer need my Chromecast
A:AnswerHi DAMO! There is a button underneath the Samsung logo on your TV - this button serves as a power button, as well as a button to allow you to change volume, channels or sources. ^Gina
A:AnswerHi Nickname, you can use both TV and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously on any 2020 Samsung 4K or 8K TV’s. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphones higher than the volume of the TV speaker. First, make sure your Bluetooth headphones are paired. Press HOME on your One Remote. Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio. Find the device you would like to pair. Check out some Bluetooth compatible headphones here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/searchpage.jsp?_dyncharset=UTF-8&id=pcat17071&iht=y&keys=keys&ks=960&list=n&qp=features_facet%3DFeatures~Bluetooth%20Built-In&sc=Global&st=bluetooth%20headphones&type=page&usc=All%20Categories
A:AnswerHi Scott! Both the TV and the Echo Dot need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Once the TV is connected, download the Smart Things application on a mobile device and connect the TV to the application. Next, through the Alexa app, you will need to enable the Samsung SmartThings skill, and sign in with your Samsung account to link Alexa to the Samsung TV. Alternatively, check out the 55TU8000 at the following link from Best Buy featuring built in Alexa control using the TV remote: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-55-class-8-series-led-4k-uhd-smart-tizen-tv/6401746.p?skuId=6401746

A:AnswerHi Deborah! You sure can use both soundbar and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously on the TU7000. You will need to connect your soundbar via HDMI or Optical as both devices cannot be connected simultaneously with Bluetooth. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphones higher than the volume of the soundbar. First, make sure your Bluetooth headphones are paired. Press HOME on your TU7000 remote. Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio. Find the device you'd like to pair. ^Gina
A:AnswerDoubt it will, it didn't fit in my Hyundai Genesis which I believe is bigger or I should say wider. The height wasn't the problem for me it was the width. It probably would have fit if I had taken it out of the box but that would have been foolish so I had them deliver it. If you have Best Buy deliver it, instead of their 3rd party delivery service it was free or was in CA.
A:Answeryes. and it seems like when I first set it up, it just asked for my zip code and all my local channels popped up with the antenna attached, like it doesn't have to scan for the channels anymore?
A:AnswerHi JimmyBill! The 55TU7000 along with all of our 2020 models feature the Apple TV and Apple Music applications, along with Airplay 2 support for mirroring your Apple devices to the TV. ^Tim

A:AnswerRodnay, our TU7000 is a Samsung Smart TV which is WiFi enabled, and will allow you to download and stream hundreds of apps like Netflix and many more. ^Gina
A:AnswerGet started now on calling Samsung! My 55” picture started going bad after 8-9 months but it was intermittent so they wouldn’t do anything. 2 weeks after the warranty was up it finally went out for good & they wouldn’t do anything. I’ll never buy another Samsung. I just ordered an LG.
A:Answeryes. and that seems to be the only audio out on this TV, it does have one of the HDMI ports that you can set for "eARC" for audio out, but you have to have the right equipment like a sound bar that is compliant
