QuestionI have three of these Class 7 TV's, one 50" and two 55" and all three do the same thing. all are wired to the internet and when using any streaming service, when i start a new movie i get the sound but no picture for the first two minutes of the movie.

- Answer Yes, I have used Netflix from my phone for years and I was so pleased that Netflix is built in. There is also a DVR built in or you can record shows. There are so many options available for streaming with this TV. I no longer need my Chromecast

- Answer Hi Nickname, you can use both TV and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously on any 2020 Samsung 4K or 8K TV’s. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphones higher than the volume of the TV speaker. First, make sure your Bluetooth headphones are paired. Press HOME on your One Remote. Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio. Find the device you would like to pair. - Answer Hi Scott! Both the TV and the Echo Dot need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Once the TV is connected, download the Smart Things application on a mobile device and connect the TV to the application. Next, through the Alexa app, you will need to enable the Samsung SmartThings skill, and sign in with your Samsung account to link Alexa to the Samsung TV. - Answer Hi Deborah! You sure can use both soundbar and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously on the TU7000. You will need to connect your soundbar via HDMI or Optical as both devices cannot be connected simultaneously with Bluetooth. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphones higher than the volume of the soundbar. First, make sure your Bluetooth headphones are paired. QuestionCan you fit this 55" Samsung TU8000 in an Elantra SEL 2018 car?

- Answer Doubt it will, it didn't fit in my Hyundai Genesis which I believe is bigger or I should say wider. The height wasn't the problem for me it was the width. It probably would have fit if I had taken it out of the box but that would have been foolish so I had them deliver it. If you have Best Buy deliver it, instead of their 3rd party delivery service it was free or was in CA.

- Answer Get started now on calling Samsung! My 55” picture started going bad after 8-9 months but it was intermittent so they wouldn’t do anything. 2 weeks after the warranty was up it finally went out for good & they wouldn’t do anything. I’ll never buy another Samsung. I just ordered an LG.

- Answer yes. and that seems to be the only audio out on this TV, it does have one of the HDMI ports that you can set for "eARC" for audio out, but you have to have the right equipment like a sound bar that is compliant
