A:Answer Open box means either it is a store display or, someone returned the product. Usually, there is still the full warranty unless otherwise noted. Most of the time, open box products are a great deal. Some may have a scratch or dent, or may be missing the paperwork or the remote. Personally, I have zero problems buying an open box product.
