• Hi, To disable Smart Hub from appearing when you turn on your television, go to Home >Settings> All Settings> General> Smart Features> Disable the Autorun Smart Hub function. ~Samsung Advisor

• Hi Kim, I had the same question. Should have returned this TV. Took two days to add MAX, the ads and voices are extremely annoying. There is nothing 'smart' about this TV and Samsung service is non-existent.
