• It won't fit in a sedan - even a larger one. Protective styrofoam adds a great deal to the size of the box the TV came in. Estimating 36" x 60". It fit in my newer Ford Escape with the seats down just fine.

• Not sure about the dimension. But I got it with no problems in My VW Jetta. Folded the sits down and it fit just right laying down flat

• I have a large Cadillac sedan. It would not fit in my trunk or my seats. I had to take it out of the box to get it home
