• No difference.... the 'FXZ' is part of most (if not all) Samsung TVs, and the 'A' means it was made for the USA.

• The only difference between the two is the remote control that they come with (and around $50.00 usually) the UN55KU6290FXZA comes with a smart remote that is supposed to be easier to use with smart features and platform. The UN55KU6290 comes with a standard remote control and tends to cost about $50.00 less to buy. That's all. The only difference is in the remote control.
