“I tried streaming a video on the web browser but the video keeps freezing. Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix issue? Maybe the web browser isnt meant to stream on TV? Any ideas?”

The tv does stream video I have used to watch several movies online through the browser. If it keeps freezing it may be the bandwidth on your modem is not large enough when multiple devices are connected. Some modems come with two wireless connections one with higher speed but weaker range, one with wider range of weaker speed. Try placing tv on higher speed connection and other devices on the other connection.
