• Unplug the TV for about a minute or a couple of seconds long enough for the TV to reset.

• Hi. If any of the hdmi inputs are on; They are showed active in the menu. Try a reset for your TV settings. Go to menu (house icon) And press LEFT in your remote in the center circle (black circle with another round button at the center) and the tab will move from source to settings (Gear símbolo). Press the center button inside the circle (same as above) and bring down the highlighted option to system, press right and choose start setup. If you do this you will restore your TV to its original settings. See if this can resolve your issue.
