“I have noticed some weird blur around the ball when it is thrown or kicked hard enough. What can be done to fix this issue? I mostly watch soccer/basketball. I don't notice it while watching basketball, just soccer and sometimes football. Any Ideas?”

Try using a better quality hdmi cable.
