Q: QuestionWe are thinking about purchasing the Samsung 55 4K hd tv, and we’re told by the salesperson that the tv could connect to my husband’s Bluetooth hearing aids. Has anyone had any experience with this type of connection? His hearing aids are from Resound.

• A:Answer I also am interested in this TV, I was told by Samsung that you can hear both Bluetooth Headphones and the speakers at the same time by going to Home- Settings-General-Accessibility -Multi-output Audio to enable the feature. I won't purchase this TV until I know it works.

• A:Answer Go into TV settings and adjust settings for best picture not energy savings. Also ensure your cable box top if you have it is set to highest quality settings; call or check online with your cable carrier on optimal settings. I have Fios and they cannot push 4k quality to your tv yet.

• A:Answer The power cord is typical of most models. While it isn't likely to cause any problem, I would hesitate to "hide" any power cord in a wall. You never know when mice, etc. might take a bite out of it. I would encase a proper wire in conduit and run a new outlet.

• A:Answer Has the One connect box cable and power cable. You need an HDMI for connection to device, cable service, computer, game box, et al. There are 4 HDMI connections, so one per each, also USB, Bluetooth, digital audio, and a antenna in cable port. Make the connection!
