A:AnswerSounds like you need to contact who you bought it from or Samsung.com. They have a great support team that would help with this I'm sure. Then again, you could have a bad TV. So far mine is working great.
A:AnswerI can watch shows I've recorded on my tv through my phone along with the various on air channels at the time. I do this through the Xfinity app on my phone. So far so good.
A:AnswerI tried using the Xfinity remote to mute the voice when changing the volume on the TV, it will mute but than announces the new volume.
I want the whole thing turned off , I don't need a very loud voice announcing the volume number. I love the TV but this voice has to go, how?????
A:AnswerTo me sharp is a junk tv, I have owned Samsung TV's for over 20 yrs now and I have yet to have a problem with one. Also the picture quality is amazing. I love my 55" 4k nu8000 by Samsung.
