QuestionThis is our second TV in three days. They keep shutting down and starting up by itself. We cant turn it off and it stay off and when are trying to watch it, it keeps shutting down and then will restart. This happens every few seconds.

- Answer Sounds like you need to contact who you bought it from or Samsung.com. They have a great support team that would help with this I'm sure. Then again, you could have a bad TV. So far mine is working great.

QuestionDid this come with a screen protector/thin piece of plastic on the display? I opened it and there was nothing to peel off. Never bought a TV that doesn't have a screen protector.

- Answer No there was none on mine. Just two big strips on the sides for you to take off after you're done picking it up.

- Answer I can watch shows I've recorded on my tv through my phone along with the various on air channels at the time. I do this through the Xfinity app on my phone. So far so good.

QuestionWhy doesn't the setup for the HDMI inputs pick up cable boxes or Satellite boxes. Give us a heads up that they need to be manually, I spent quite a bit of time thinking my cable was inop.

- Answer I tried using the Xfinity remote to mute the voice when changing the volume on the TV, it will mute but than announces the new volume. I want the whole thing turned off , I don't need a very loud voice announcing the volume number. I love the TV but this voice has to go, how?????

- Answer To me sharp is a junk tv, I have owned Samsung TV's for over 20 yrs now and I have yet to have a problem with one. Also the picture quality is amazing. I love my 55" 4k nu8000 by Samsung.
