A:AnswerNo it's doesn't. The qled has 100% red green blue color gaumet, take the color out and you loose what you paid for. You can get inexpensive TVs that are under powered in the color field and save with blue levels already reduced. You'll win all around.

A:AnswerYou don't actually use the motion rate per se....its the speed of the tv when your watching sports or action movies, the rate the tv keeps up with movements. You should always look for the Motion Rate when purchasing a Tv...the lower the number the slower the rate.
