A:AnswerI ended up using 45 mm M8 bolts with a 12 mm or 15 mm spacer (I didn't measure before attaching). This seemed very secure. It would be nice to simply buy 33 mm bolts and a washer or two, but I don't think anyone sells the 33 mm size.
