You can use the sound bar and headset together. The tv speakers and headset together but you can't use the sound bar and tv speakers together.

When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphones higher than the volume of the TV speaker. If you also have the Soundbar playing while connected to Optical Out, you may hear an echo. ^Val
