Hi jayshreeradha - EX-LINK is a specialized form of installation that allows the TV to be controlled through a cable connected directly to the TV. Only professional installers have access to this method of installation. You can connect wired speakers via HDMI or Optical, as the QN700B features both of these wired connection types. ~ Samsung Specialist
