A:Answer A 55" set might work in your bedroom if you can get it far enough away from where you sit, but 4 feet sounds too close to me. I have a moderate-sized living room and my 55" Samsung Neo QLED is about 8-9 feet away from the couch where I sit to watch TV. I would not want to be any closer to the set, because the area of the Neo QLED is substantially larger, brighter, and clearer than my previous 42" Samsung TV. You might want to look at a 50" model.
