• I’m not sure what kind of connection a Bose surround sound system requires but I’m assuming it is either directly thru an HDMI cable which is no problem and this TV actually has a dedicated HDMI ARC port for optimized sound or you connect it thru an amplifier which again is then connected to the tv via HDMI cable. So yes you can

• Honestly, I'm not familiar with Bose audio systems. However, the Samsung NeoQLED TV has an optical output and Bluetooth. Most audio systems today can connect by either method. Please consult your Bose owner's manual for its preferred method.
