QuestionAn image on this page for the 55" S90F shows a headphone/aux out jack on the back panel. However, after calling a Best Buy store and asking them to check a store model, I was told there is NO headphone/aux jack. So, does this TV have an aux out or not?

QuestionI’ve never had such a smart TV! I’m still trying to figure it out but my main question is how do you turn it off? Like, off off. Not off until you start moving around the room and then it comes back on by itself.

- Answer You can choose to use Alexa or Bixby. When you use the voice feature on the remote, it will automatically start setup. Then you can choose your preferred voice assistant. Then, you can control the tv by saying, "Hey Bixby/Alexa, open Disney Plus and play Zootopia." You can find a list of voice commands online.

- Answer Samsung is being awful about this. There’s a big difference between woled and qd-oled. DONT BUY THIS TV UNTIL THEY ANSWER. I’m pretty sure they’re being dodgy because of all the lawsuits against them for false advertising.
