A:AnswerWe had an old flat mount. We upgraded to a swing out mount for easier connections behind the tv when needed. With our old flat mount it was hard to work behind the tv.

A:AnswerI don't know the answer to your 2nd question but have not needed to try this setting. My 4-year-old Vizio sound bar connects to this TV with a digital optical cable. There is also a single input on the TV for a 3.5mm cable. The TV provides ready access to Netflix. I don't know about stick.
