QuestionI want to be able to rotate the Frame TV(55") between landscape and portrait orientation. Does that cause any issues? does the TV detect this and adjust the picture orientation? What mount is best for providing that capability?

- Answer Hi vee206! The Frame TV comes with the Slim Fit Wall Mount and accessories for mounting. Additional hardware required will depend on the type of building material such as drywall, concrete, ceramic tile, brick, etc. Be sure to use appropriate wall mounting hardware for the type of wall you have. ^Gina

QuestionThe frame tv has lagged behind the improvements and technologies of other Samsung high end tv (e.g only 60 hz refresh and none of the new advanced quantum stuff). Will the guts of the Frame TV be improved in 2022 or future? I want one but am disappointed.

QuestionWhat does the one box do? If i have a HDMI connect in the wall & an electrical outlet next to it do I need the one box? Answer Yes or NO. Do you always need a one box? Answer Yes or NO. If not in what instances do you not need one box. Thank you!

- Answer The one box has all the HDMI connections to it and is the brains of the TV. With that said the box doesn’t have a receiver on it , the TV does. So once everything is plugged in you can hide the one box. I thought I would need to plug in an Amazon stick or Apple TV but this tv does it all! I did plug in a DVD player to the box and an Xbox. Hope that helps

- Answer Boxim - HDMI eARC is supported in HDMI port number 3 on The Frame TV. The One Connect Box should only be used with the TV it is shipped with and should not be interchanged between different Frame TV models. ^Gina

- Answer I think short answer is no. I would check out installing videos for tyiur tv model on YouTube to see if the no gap wall mount that you have is similar — the 2020 the frame has a different no gap wall mount than the 2021’s.

- Answer Hi Tess! The Frame TV comes with a Slim Fit wall mount for mounting flush to the wall. However, if you want to mount it on a different type of mount, you sure can! The type used will depend on your preference; if you prefer the mount stationary, we recommend using a fixed mount or the Slim Fit mount included. If you prefer the mount to move, take a look at tilting or full motion mounts. The 55" Frame TV can use any universal wall mount with a VESA Pattern of 200mm x 200mm. - Answer It looks ok, but it makes it look like a TV. The whole thing about the Frame is how thin it is, and how it literally looks like a picture/painting when mounted on wall. And while it has great quality image/picture for watching TV, part of its price goes to how it was built to be so thin. Honestly, if you’re not planning on mounting it, you can spend that $ on getting a better quality television (as far as image/resolution goes). This one is worth it, if you’re planning on making it look like a painting.
