• The legs do not rotate. They are secured on with screws. The manual says to make sure that they are fixed on this way. There in no central point on which you could affix a turnable base. It would likely tip over if it only had a single, central support—unless that support was quite wide, heavy, and sturdily attached. It would be easier to just lift it and adjust than to rig a turning system. Good luck.
