- Answer Hello, We understand that you want to know how to use the grates or griddles properly. We'll be delighted to assist you with your query. As per checking, the griddle does not need to be seasoned anymore as it has a protective coating around it; however, it wouldn't hurt to season the grill to help the coating it already has. The griddle may also discolor over time as it becomes seasoned with use. Thank you! -Angelica

QuestionHow do you change the time on the clock? The clock started when it was plugged in, but the time isn't accurate .

- Answer It’s tricky because it says to hold for 3 secs. Don’t do that just press and release the settings button and then type in your current time and press release settings button again.

- Answer Allows you to turn on oven remotely (on the way home with a pizza to bake and need it preheated?) and give you usage data like when it’s time to clean it. (And by clean it, I mean to push the buttons so it cleans itself. Lol)

- Answer Both are great questions, Phoebe! This model offers two separate buttons on the control panel for standard bake and convection bake. This means you can choose whichever you want each time you use the oven. The self clean option on this model is a high heat self clean, though we do have many models with a steam clean feature as well. ^Jecca
