- Answer The selection panel is not lit on mine either, I have not found an answer in the Simple User Manual either. To turn on stove/oven light, I simply push the “light” symbol located on the right side under the number “7”. I did not receive a fry basket either?

- Answer Make sure the oven knobs or touch controls are set to the correct position. If knobs were removed for cleaning, ensure they were reinstalled correctly. For self-cleaning ovens, check that the door latch is fully unlocked. Some ovens have a separate relay board that controls power to the heating elements. If a relay is stuck closed, it can keep the oven on even when the control panel says it’s off.

- Answer Once you shut down the oven it could take 1 hour or 2 to cool down. The oven is very well insulated so it will retain the heat for some time. If you want it to to cool faster. Crack door open and let the heat out fast that way
