Best Buy typically brings two types of power cord when you use them for delivery; they do charge for the cord (as I recall), but will install whichever is needed for your home; the latter may be determined by electrical codes in your area. There is a panel on the back of the range which they temporarily remove to install the power cord, make the connection to your home's outlet, then slide the range into place. That said, the electrician should install whichever outlet is required by your area; in my old condo (40+ years old), the outlet was a three-prong outlet, so the expert Best Buy delivery guys installed that power cord.
