“Is the clock time supposed to be lit at all times? Or it disappears after a certain time? I have this range and the time disappears after 20 minutes”

• You can go into settings and change it to be displayed all the time. I did.

• Great question! It sounds like your range has the "Screen Timeout" feature enabled. This feature will turn off the lights on the control panel when not in use to help save energy. But don't worry, this feature can be turned off if you prefer. Just follow the steps on page 43 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/35oQ8bp). ^Jecca
