“Is the virtual flame on this model on all burners? I just installed and the virtual flame only lights on the largest burner. Is this normal?”

Yes, it is normal as the Virtual Flame is only available to the biggest burner. It is only on the large burner on mine. I can never get through to the manufacturer to find out if this is supposed to be this way, but if you have the same issue then I guess this is the way it is supposed to be
