Q: QuestionDoes the depth of 28 11/16 inches include the handle. What is the depth without the handle? Also does the height of 36 3/4 inches include the back vent? Is the height of the range from bottom to cook top 36”? My space height is 36”. Thank you

Q: QuestionI am looking at the photo with the burner layout. You can only have 1 large pot at a time? I noticed that there are 4 small and 1 large.

• A:Answer Yes, there is only one 11-inch burner on the unit, StaceyA. Using pots and pans bigger than the recommended size may cause damage to the cooktop surface. • A:Answer It means there is something wrong with the pot on the burner - either the burner is on and there isn't a pot on it, the pot isn't induction compatible (you can check by seeing if a magnet sticks to the bottom of the pan), the bottom of the pan isn't flat, or the pot is too small for the selected burner. If you need a recommendation for induction compatible cookware, I like the Ninja Foodi NeverStick collection.

Q: QuestionI currently have a downdraft range that vents the vent fan to a duct that routes to the outside of my home. Does this range do the same thing? Where does the exhaust go from the rear of the cooktop?

• A:Answer All of them are induction. The induction so much better that an electric glass top stove. Burners come to heat a lot faster. We have found that when cooking the burner settings will be lower. You need to keep an eye on your cooking until you get used to the correct settings. We love it.
