• My cable remote is set up to operate the TV and sound bar..works great ..my cable provider is ATT UVerse..

• I'm not sure if the TV remote will work for the sound bar but I have DirecTV and with that remote it will power on the box and TV. As long as I have the sound bar on that one remote for DirecTV will control the volume on the sound bar as well and I didn't do anything special to the remote to make it work.

• We control it with our cable remote, no problem. I would think it would also work with the TV remote

• I matched my remote to tv to control sound, but sound bar had to be connected to tv using a hdmi cable not the optic cable.
