Do any other inputs - such as a DVD or Blu-Ray player - work? If you aren't sure, try checking to see if audio comes from those ports - that information may be useful if a technician is necessary. You might try: 1. Resetting (or unplugging and plugging in) your DirecTV box - just to refresh it and make sure the box isn't the issue. 2. Check your cables - both at the TV and the Cable box. If that doesn't help, you may try calling the Best Buy Geek Squad for further assistance.
